Paradise (Jannah)

Gardens beneath which rivers flow, no fear and no grief, and the greatest reward: the pleasure of Allah and seeing Him. What the Quran promises the righteous.

Al-Baqarah 2:25

وَبَشِّرِ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ أَنَّ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ۖ كُلَّمَا رُزِقُوا۟ مِنْهَا مِن ثَمَرَةٍ رِّزْقًا ۙ قَالُوا۟ هَـٰذَا ٱلَّذِى رُزِقْنَا مِن قَبْلُ ۖ وَأُتُوا۟ بِهِۦ مُتَشَـٰبِهًا ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِيهَآ أَزْوَٰجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ ۖ وَهُمْ فِيهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ ۝٢٥

And give good tidings to those who believe and do righteous deeds that they will have gardens [in Paradise] beneath which rivers flow. Whenever they are provided with a provision of fruit therefrom, they will say, "This is what we were provided with before." And it is given to them in likeness. And they will have therein purified spouses, and they will abide therein eternally.

Ali 'Imran 3:133

۞ وَسَارِعُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَغْفِرَةٍ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَجَنَّةٍ عَرْضُهَا ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتُ وَٱلْأَرْضُ أُعِدَّتْ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ ۝١٣٣

And hasten to forgiveness from your Lord and a garden [i.e., Paradise] as wide as the heavens and earth, prepared for the righteous

Ali 'Imran 3:136

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم مَّغْفِرَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ وَجَنَّـٰتٌ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ وَنِعْمَ أَجْرُ ٱلْعَـٰمِلِينَ ۝١٣٦

Those - their reward is forgiveness from their Lord and gardens beneath which rivers flow [in Paradise], wherein they will abide eternally; and excellent is the reward of the [righteous] workers.

Ali 'Imran 3:198

لَـٰكِنِ ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوْا۟ رَبَّهُمْ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتٌ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا نُزُلًا مِّنْ عِندِ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَمَا عِندَ ٱللَّهِ خَيْرٌ لِّلْأَبْرَارِ ۝١٩٨

But those who feared their Lord will have gardens beneath which rivers flow, abiding eternally therein, as accommodation from Allāh. And that which is with Allāh is best for the righteous.

At-Tawbah 9:72

وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ جَنَّـٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَمَسَـٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِى جَنَّـٰتِ عَدْنٍ ۚ وَرِضْوَٰنٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ ۝٧٢

Allāh has promised the believing men and believing women gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally, and pleasant dwellings in gardens of perpetual residence; but approval from Allāh is greater. It is that which is the great attainment.

Ar-Ra'd 13:35

۞ مَّثَلُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِى وُعِدَ ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ ۖ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ ۖ أُكُلُهَا دَآئِمٌ وَظِلُّهَا ۚ تِلْكَ عُقْبَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوا۟ ۖ وَّعُقْبَى ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ ٱلنَّارُ ۝٣٥

The example [i.e., description] of Paradise, which the righteous have been promised, is [that] beneath it rivers flow. Its fruit is lasting, and its shade. That is the consequence for the righteous, and the consequence for the disbelievers is the Fire.

Al-Kahf 18:30-31

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ إِنَّا لَا نُضِيعُ أَجْرَ مَنْ أَحْسَنَ عَمَلًا ۝٣٠

Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - indeed, We will not allow to be lost the reward of any who did well in deeds.

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ جَنَّـٰتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهِمُ ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ يُحَلَّوْنَ فِيهَا مِنْ أَسَاوِرَ مِن ذَهَبٍ وَيَلْبَسُونَ ثِيَابًا خُضْرًا مِّن سُندُسٍ وَإِسْتَبْرَقٍ مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا عَلَى ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ ۚ نِعْمَ ٱلثَّوَابُ وَحَسُنَتْ مُرْتَفَقًا ۝٣١

Those will have gardens of perpetual residence; beneath them rivers will flow. They will be adorned therein with bracelets of gold and will wear green garments of fine silk and brocade, reclining therein on adorned couches. Excellent is the reward, and good is the resting place.

Ya-Sin 36:55-58

إِنَّ أَصْحَـٰبَ ٱلْجَنَّةِ ٱلْيَوْمَ فِى شُغُلٍ فَـٰكِهُونَ ۝٥٥

Indeed the companions of Paradise, that Day, will be amused in [joyful] occupation -

هُمْ وَأَزْوَٰجُهُمْ فِى ظِلَـٰلٍ عَلَى ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ مُتَّكِـُٔونَ ۝٥٦

They and their spouses - in shade, reclining on adorned couches.

لَهُمْ فِيهَا فَـٰكِهَةٌ وَلَهُم مَّا يَدَّعُونَ ۝٥٧

For them therein is fruit, and for them is whatever they request [or wish]

سَلَـٰمٌ قَوْلًا مِّن رَّبٍّ رَّحِيمٍ ۝٥٨

[And] "Peace," a word from a Merciful Lord.

As-Saffat 37:40-49

إِلَّا عِبَادَ ٱللَّهِ ٱلْمُخْلَصِينَ ۝٤٠

But not the chosen servants of Allāh.

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ لَهُمْ رِزْقٌ مَّعْلُومٌ ۝٤١

Those will have a provision determined -

فَوَٰكِهُ ۖ وَهُم مُّكْرَمُونَ ۝٤٢

Fruits; and they will be honored

فِى جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ۝٤٣

In gardens of pleasure

عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مُّتَقَـٰبِلِينَ ۝٤٤

On thrones facing one another.

يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍۭ ۝٤٥

There will be circulated among them a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring,

بَيْضَآءَ لَذَّةٍ لِّلشَّـٰرِبِينَ ۝٤٦

White and delicious to the drinkers;

لَا فِيهَا غَوْلٌ وَلَا هُمْ عَنْهَا يُنزَفُونَ ۝٤٧

No bad effect is there in it, nor from it will they be intoxicated.

وَعِندَهُمْ قَـٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ عِينٌ ۝٤٨

And with them will be women limiting [their] glances, with large, [beautiful] eyes,

كَأَنَّهُنَّ بَيْضٌ مَّكْنُونٌ ۝٤٩

As if they were [delicate] eggs, well-protected.

Az-Zukhruf 43:68-73

يَـٰعِبَادِ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمُ ٱلْيَوْمَ وَلَآ أَنتُمْ تَحْزَنُونَ ۝٦٨

[To whom Allāh will say], "O My servants, no fear will there be concerning you this Day, nor will you grieve,

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَا وَكَانُوا۟ مُسْلِمِينَ ۝٦٩

[You] who believed in Our verses and were Muslims.

ٱدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْجَنَّةَ أَنتُمْ وَأَزْوَٰجُكُمْ تُحْبَرُونَ ۝٧٠

Enter Paradise, you and your kinds, delighted."

يُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِصِحَافٍ مِّن ذَهَبٍ وَأَكْوَابٍ ۖ وَفِيهَا مَا تَشْتَهِيهِ ٱلْأَنفُسُ وَتَلَذُّ ٱلْأَعْيُنُ ۖ وَأَنتُمْ فِيهَا خَـٰلِدُونَ ۝٧١

Circulated among them will be plates and vessels of gold. And therein is whatever the souls desire and [what] delights the eyes, and you will abide therein eternally.

وَتِلْكَ ٱلْجَنَّةُ ٱلَّتِىٓ أُورِثْتُمُوهَا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ ۝٧٢

And that is Paradise which you are made to inherit for what you used to do.

لَكُمْ فِيهَا فَـٰكِهَةٌ كَثِيرَةٌ مِّنْهَا تَأْكُلُونَ ۝٧٣

For you therein is much fruit from which you will eat.

Muhammad 47:15

مَّثَلُ ٱلْجَنَّةِ ٱلَّتِى وُعِدَ ٱلْمُتَّقُونَ ۖ فِيهَآ أَنْهَـٰرٌ مِّن مَّآءٍ غَيْرِ ءَاسِنٍ وَأَنْهَـٰرٌ مِّن لَّبَنٍ لَّمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ طَعْمُهُۥ وَأَنْهَـٰرٌ مِّنْ خَمْرٍ لَّذَّةٍ لِّلشَّـٰرِبِينَ وَأَنْهَـٰرٌ مِّنْ عَسَلٍ مُّصَفًّى ۖ وَلَهُمْ فِيهَا مِن كُلِّ ٱلثَّمَرَٰتِ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِمْ ۖ كَمَنْ هُوَ خَـٰلِدٌ فِى ٱلنَّارِ وَسُقُوا۟ مَآءً حَمِيمًا فَقَطَّعَ أَمْعَآءَهُمْ ۝١٥

Is the description of Paradise, which the righteous are promised, wherein are rivers of water unaltered, rivers of milk the taste of which never changes, rivers of wine delicious to those who drink, and rivers of purified honey, in which they will have from all [kinds of] fruits and forgiveness from their Lord... [Are its inhabitants] like those who abide eternally in the Fire and are given to drink scalding water that will sever their intestines?

Ar-Rahman 55:46-78

وَلِمَنْ خَافَ مَقَامَ رَبِّهِۦ جَنَّتَانِ ۝٤٦

But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens -

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٤٧

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

ذَوَاتَآ أَفْنَانٍ ۝٤٨

Having [spreading] branches.

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٤٩

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ تَجْرِيَانِ ۝٥٠

In both of them are two springs, flowing.

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٥١

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

فِيهِمَا مِن كُلِّ فَـٰكِهَةٍ زَوْجَانِ ۝٥٢

In both of them are of every fruit, two kinds.

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٥٣

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ فُرُشٍۭ بَطَآئِنُهَا مِنْ إِسْتَبْرَقٍ ۚ وَجَنَى ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ دَانٍ ۝٥٤

[They are] reclining on beds whose linings are of silk brocade, and the fruit of the two gardens is hanging low.

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٥٥

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

فِيهِنَّ قَـٰصِرَٰتُ ٱلطَّرْفِ لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ ۝٥٦

In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinnī -

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٥٧

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

كَأَنَّهُنَّ ٱلْيَاقُوتُ وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ ۝٥٨

As if they were rubies and coral.

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٥٩

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

هَلْ جَزَآءُ ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنِ إِلَّا ٱلْإِحْسَـٰنُ ۝٦٠

Is the reward for good [anything] but good?

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٦١

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

وَمِن دُونِهِمَا جَنَّتَانِ ۝٦٢

And below them both [in excellence] are two [other] gardens -

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٦٣

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

مُدْهَآمَّتَانِ ۝٦٤

Dark green [in color].

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٦٥

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

فِيهِمَا عَيْنَانِ نَضَّاخَتَانِ ۝٦٦

In both of them are two springs, spouting.

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٦٧

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

فِيهِمَا فَـٰكِهَةٌ وَنَخْلٌ وَرُمَّانٌ ۝٦٨

In both of them are fruit and palm trees and pomegranates.

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٦٩

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

فِيهِنَّ خَيْرَٰتٌ حِسَانٌ ۝٧٠

In them are good and beautiful women -

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٧١

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

حُورٌ مَّقْصُورَٰتٌ فِى ٱلْخِيَامِ ۝٧٢

Fair ones reserved in pavilions -

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٧٣

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

لَمْ يَطْمِثْهُنَّ إِنسٌ قَبْلَهُمْ وَلَا جَآنٌّ ۝٧٤

Untouched before them by man or jinnī -

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٧٥

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? -

مُتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَىٰ رَفْرَفٍ خُضْرٍ وَعَبْقَرِىٍّ حِسَانٍ ۝٧٦

Reclining on green cushions and beautiful fine carpets.

فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ ۝٧٧

So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?

تَبَـٰرَكَ ٱسْمُ رَبِّكَ ذِى ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ ۝٧٨

Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor.

Al-Waqi'ah 56:10-40

وَٱلسَّـٰبِقُونَ ٱلسَّـٰبِقُونَ ۝١٠

And the forerunners, the forerunners -

أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ ٱلْمُقَرَّبُونَ ۝١١

Those are the ones brought near [to Allāh]

فِى جَنَّـٰتِ ٱلنَّعِيمِ ۝١٢

In the Gardens of Pleasure,

ثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ۝١٣

A [large] company of the former peoples

وَقَلِيلٌ مِّنَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ ۝١٤

And a few of the later peoples,

عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مَّوْضُونَةٍ ۝١٥

On thrones woven [with ornament],

مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ عَلَيْهَا مُتَقَـٰبِلِينَ ۝١٦

Reclining on them, facing each other.

يَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَٰنٌ مُّخَلَّدُونَ ۝١٧

There will circulate among them young boys made eternal.

بِأَكْوَابٍ وَأَبَارِيقَ وَكَأْسٍ مِّن مَّعِينٍ ۝١٨

With vessels, pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring -

لَّا يُصَدَّعُونَ عَنْهَا وَلَا يُنزِفُونَ ۝١٩

No headache will they have therefrom, nor will they be intoxicated -

وَفَـٰكِهَةٍ مِّمَّا يَتَخَيَّرُونَ ۝٢٠

And fruit of what they select

وَلَحْمِ طَيْرٍ مِّمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ ۝٢١

And the meat of fowl, from whatever they desire.

وَحُورٌ عِينٌ ۝٢٢

And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes,

كَأَمْثَـٰلِ ٱللُّؤْلُؤِ ٱلْمَكْنُونِ ۝٢٣

The likenesses of pearls well-protected,

جَزَآءًۢ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَعْمَلُونَ ۝٢٤

As reward for what they used to do.

لَا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا تَأْثِيمًا ۝٢٥

They will not hear therein ill speech or commission of sin -

إِلَّا قِيلًا سَلَـٰمًا سَلَـٰمًا ۝٢٦

Only a saying [of] peace, peace.

وَأَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْيَمِينِ مَآ أَصْحَـٰبُ ٱلْيَمِينِ ۝٢٧

The companions of the right - what are the companions of the right?

فِى سِدْرٍ مَّخْضُودٍ ۝٢٨

[They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed.

وَطَلْحٍ مَّنضُودٍ ۝٢٩

And [banana] trees layered [with fruit].

وَظِلٍّ مَّمْدُودٍ ۝٣٠

And shade extended.

وَمَآءٍ مَّسْكُوبٍ ۝٣١

And water poured out

وَفَـٰكِهَةٍ كَثِيرَةٍ ۝٣٢

And fruit, abundant [and varied],

لَّا مَقْطُوعَةٍ وَلَا مَمْنُوعَةٍ ۝٣٣

Neither limited [to season] nor forbidden,

وَفُرُشٍ مَّرْفُوعَةٍ ۝٣٤

And [upon] beds raised high.

إِنَّآ أَنشَأْنَـٰهُنَّ إِنشَآءً ۝٣٥

Indeed, We have produced them [i.e., the women of Paradise] in a [new] creation

فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُنَّ أَبْكَارًا ۝٣٦

And made them virgins,

عُرُبًا أَتْرَابًا ۝٣٧

Devoted [to their husbands] and of equal age,

لِّأَصْحَـٰبِ ٱلْيَمِينِ ۝٣٨

For the companions of the right [who are]

ثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ۝٣٩

A company of the former peoples

وَثُلَّةٌ مِّنَ ٱلْـَٔاخِرِينَ ۝٤٠

And a company of the later peoples.

Al-Insan 76:5-22

إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ يَشْرَبُونَ مِن كَأْسٍ كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا كَافُورًا ۝٥

Indeed, the righteous will drink from a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of Kāfūr,

عَيْنًا يَشْرَبُ بِهَا عِبَادُ ٱللَّهِ يُفَجِّرُونَهَا تَفْجِيرًا ۝٦

A spring of which the [righteous] servants of Allāh will drink; they will make it gush forth in force [and abundance].

يُوفُونَ بِٱلنَّذْرِ وَيَخَافُونَ يَوْمًا كَانَ شَرُّهُۥ مُسْتَطِيرًا ۝٧

They [are those who] fulfill [their] vows and fear a Day whose evil will be widespread.

وَيُطْعِمُونَ ٱلطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِۦ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا ۝٨

And they give food in spite of love for it to the needy, the orphan, and the captive,

إِنَّمَا نُطْعِمُكُمْ لِوَجْهِ ٱللَّهِ لَا نُرِيدُ مِنكُمْ جَزَآءً وَلَا شُكُورًا ۝٩

[Saying], "We feed you only for the face [i.e., approval] of Allāh. We wish not from you reward or gratitude.

إِنَّا نَخَافُ مِن رَّبِّنَا يَوْمًا عَبُوسًا قَمْطَرِيرًا ۝١٠

Indeed, We fear from our Lord a Day austere and distressful."

فَوَقَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ شَرَّ ذَٰلِكَ ٱلْيَوْمِ وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ نَضْرَةً وَسُرُورًا ۝١١

So Allāh will protect them from the evil of that Day and give them radiance and happiness

وَجَزَىٰهُم بِمَا صَبَرُوا۟ جَنَّةً وَحَرِيرًا ۝١٢

And will reward them for what they patiently endured [with] a garden [in Paradise] and silk [garments].

مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ فِيهَا عَلَى ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ ۖ لَا يَرَوْنَ فِيهَا شَمْسًا وَلَا زَمْهَرِيرًا ۝١٣

[They will be] reclining therein on adorned couches. They will not see therein any [burning] sun or [freezing] cold.

وَدَانِيَةً عَلَيْهِمْ ظِلَـٰلُهَا وَذُلِّلَتْ قُطُوفُهَا تَذْلِيلًا ۝١٤

And near above them are its shades, and its [fruit] to be picked will be lowered in compliance.

وَيُطَافُ عَلَيْهِم بِـَٔانِيَةٍ مِّن فِضَّةٍ وَأَكْوَابٍ كَانَتْ قَوَارِيرَا۠ ۝١٥

And there will be circulated among them vessels of silver and cups having been [created] clear [as glass],

قَوَارِيرَا۟ مِن فِضَّةٍ قَدَّرُوهَا تَقْدِيرًا ۝١٦

Clear glasses [made] from silver of which they have determined the measure.

وَيُسْقَوْنَ فِيهَا كَأْسًا كَانَ مِزَاجُهَا زَنجَبِيلًا ۝١٧

And they will be given to drink a cup [of wine] whose mixture is of ginger

عَيْنًا فِيهَا تُسَمَّىٰ سَلْسَبِيلًا ۝١٨

[From] a fountain within it [i.e., Paradise] named Salsabeel.

۞ وَيَطُوفُ عَلَيْهِمْ وِلْدَٰنٌ مُّخَلَّدُونَ إِذَا رَأَيْتَهُمْ حَسِبْتَهُمْ لُؤْلُؤًا مَّنثُورًا ۝١٩

There will circulate among them young boys made eternal. When you see them, you would think them [as beautiful as] scattered pearls.

وَإِذَا رَأَيْتَ ثَمَّ رَأَيْتَ نَعِيمًا وَمُلْكًا كَبِيرًا ۝٢٠

And when you look there [in Paradise], you will see pleasure and great dominion.

عَـٰلِيَهُمْ ثِيَابُ سُندُسٍ خُضْرٌ وَإِسْتَبْرَقٌ ۖ وَحُلُّوٓا۟ أَسَاوِرَ مِن فِضَّةٍ وَسَقَىٰهُمْ رَبُّهُمْ شَرَابًا طَهُورًا ۝٢١

Upon them [i.e., the inhabitants] will be green garments of fine silk and brocade. And they will be adorned with bracelets of silver, and their Lord will give them a purifying drink.

إِنَّ هَـٰذَا كَانَ لَكُمْ جَزَآءً وَكَانَ سَعْيُكُم مَّشْكُورًا ۝٢٢

[And it will be said], "Indeed, this is for you a reward, and your effort has been appreciated."

An-Naba 78:31-36

إِنَّ لِلْمُتَّقِينَ مَفَازًا ۝٣١

Indeed, for the righteous is attainment -

حَدَآئِقَ وَأَعْنَـٰبًا ۝٣٢

Gardens and grapevines.

وَكَوَاعِبَ أَتْرَابًا ۝٣٣

And full-breasted [companions] of equal age.

وَكَأْسًا دِهَاقًا ۝٣٤

And a full cup.

لَّا يَسْمَعُونَ فِيهَا لَغْوًا وَلَا كِذَّٰبًا ۝٣٥

No ill speech will they hear therein or any falsehood -

جَزَآءً مِّن رَّبِّكَ عَطَآءً حِسَابًا ۝٣٦

[As] reward from your Lord, [a generous] gift [made due by] account,

Al-Ghashiyah 88:8-16

وُجُوهٌ يَوْمَئِذٍ نَّاعِمَةٌ ۝٨

[Other] faces, that Day, will show pleasure.

لِّسَعْيِهَا رَاضِيَةٌ ۝٩

With their effort [they are] satisfied

فِى جَنَّةٍ عَالِيَةٍ ۝١٠

In an elevated garden,

لَّا تَسْمَعُ فِيهَا لَـٰغِيَةً ۝١١

Wherein they will hear no unsuitable speech.

فِيهَا عَيْنٌ جَارِيَةٌ ۝١٢

Within it is a flowing spring.

فِيهَا سُرُرٌ مَّرْفُوعَةٌ ۝١٣

Within it are couches raised high

وَأَكْوَابٌ مَّوْضُوعَةٌ ۝١٤

And cups put in place

وَنَمَارِقُ مَصْفُوفَةٌ ۝١٥

And cushions lined up

وَزَرَابِىُّ مَبْثُوثَةٌ ۝١٦

And carpets spread around.

Al-Fajr 89:27-30

يَـٰٓأَيَّتُهَا ٱلنَّفْسُ ٱلْمُطْمَئِنَّةُ ۝٢٧

[To the righteous it will be said], "O reassured soul,

ٱرْجِعِىٓ إِلَىٰ رَبِّكِ رَاضِيَةً مَّرْضِيَّةً ۝٢٨

Return to your Lord, well-pleased and pleasing [to Him],

فَٱدْخُلِى فِى عِبَـٰدِى ۝٢٩

And enter among My [righteous] servants

وَٱدْخُلِى جَنَّتِى ۝٣٠

And enter My Paradise."

Al-Bayyinah 98:7-8

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمْ خَيْرُ ٱلْبَرِيَّةِ ۝٧

Indeed, they who have believed and done righteous deeds - those are the best of creatures.

جَزَآؤُهُمْ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنَّـٰتُ عَدْنٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَآ أَبَدًا ۖ رَّضِىَ ٱللَّهُ عَنْهُمْ وَرَضُوا۟ عَنْهُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَنْ خَشِىَ رَبَّهُۥ ۝٨

Their reward with their Lord will be gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide forever, Allāh being pleased with them and they with Him. That is for whoever has feared his Lord.
